EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Easy Chocolate Mousse is a winner, there are few Few puds as decadent as chocolate mousse but this recipe takes just fifteen minutes to prepare.

 4 Egg Yokes
 4 oz Caster Sugar
 4 tsp Brandy
 15 g Besy Quality Dark Chocolate
 300 ml Whipping Cream

Easy Chocolate Mousse is a winner, there are few Few puddings as decadent as chocolate mousse but this recipe takes just fifteen minutes to prepare.

Method
1. Beat the yolks and sugar long and well with an electric mixer until fluffy.
2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
3. Stir chocolate into the egg yolks whilst still warm. Mix in the brandy.
4. Whip the cream and fold into the mousse.
5. Immediately pour into small bowl or serving glasses and set for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
